E-mail and address book move

I have XP on one drive, old drive, and 7 on the second drive, new drive, and need to know how to get e-mail and addresses from Tbird 2.0.0.24 on the old drive over to Tbird 3.0.3 on the new drive and have them recognized and accessible.
